My name is Michelle and my normal home is a blog called Lacquer Or Leave Her! I’m very excited to be able to guest post for Lisa. I know her through a few nail groups we’re both in, and she’s always awesome in every way.
I do a variety of nail posts on my blog, but my favorite type is what I call my ‘Before & After’ posts; I usually wear a polish for a day (okay, sometimes only half a day!) on its own, and then do something to it in order to give it new life. So, I decided to do a Before & After for you today. 🙂
I started out with a base of China Glaze’s Mimosas Before Manis, a pretty peach-coral creme:
Next I used nail guides to block out triangles on the bottom of the manicure, and sponged over it with a gradient of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Chartreuse Chase (on the top) and Lightning (on the bottom). Finally, I stamped daisies on the side using LeaLac plate LLC-A, and Konad White Special Polish. Here is how it turned out:
When I was choosing between a couple of different manis for this post, I finally chose this one because I think it goes well with Lisa’s background. What do you think? 🙂
Thanks for taking time to read this, and have an awesome day. 🙂
